PromoMY only collects information you choose to submit, such as promotion links, evidence, notes, images and optional contact details.

Uploaded evidence images are stored privately while awaiting review. For community evidence, images may only be shown publicly after the evidence is approved by PromoMY.

Optional contact details are not displayed publicly. PromoMY may use submitted information and images to review, correct or document promotion records.

Do not submit identity card details, bank cards, account numbers, passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal information.
